We are finalists in the Ingenuity Point competition for Healthcare software!

We will be at the iSoft User Group conference in Daventry later this month. We have a conference track on web booking using Appointments Online and we hope to see you there.

After having run a limited private beta test of Appointments Online we are now happy to open up the beta programme to any FrontDesk customer that is keen to provide the ability for their patients to book appointments and manage repeat medications over the web.

To become a beta tester please email our support team  to get going. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to those practices who have the capacity to begin actively beta testing in the next few weeks. Use of Appointments Online will be free for the duration of the beta test programme. We will run the programme until we are happy that we have a stable and reliable service.

I am happy to announce that you can now sign up as a patient of our demo practice. This will allow you to see how the service works from the perspective of a patient. More details on how to sign up for demo use of the service can be found here.

Appointments Online will now also be made available to users of the INPS Vision 3 system. We're currently working with INPS on providing seamless integration between the Vision 3 appointments system and our Appointments Online web booking service for patients. If you are a Vision 3 user you can get more information by contacting INPS directly.

IIS is a new venture formed to provide healthcare Software as a Service in the UK. We're currently hard at work on our first offering, Appointments Online. This will allow patients to book appointments with their GP practice over the web in an easy and convenient way. Appointments Online is due to be launched in the first quarter of this year, 2007.
