Making an Impact with Appointments Online Quickly
To get real benefit from Appointments Online as soon as possible, you should aim to first signup the patients that make the most appointments. Some anecdotal evidence suggests that 10% of your patients could be responsible for 50% of your appointments. These are the patients that should be targeted initially for signup to Appointments Online. Using FrontDesk this segment of patients can be identified by running the Appointment Regularity report.
